CUC’s COLD Storage Solution

CD Freedom3 COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disc) Storage is one of the most economical and efficient means of archiving report and member statement data. It allows you to store all system generated reports and member statements, electronically, in one easy location, fully integrated into the network.

This greatly reduces your printing needs. With this comes the added benefit of great cost savings through reduction in paper use, storage space, wear and tear on equipment, noise, paper dust, and operator involvement.

With Freedom3 COLD Storage being fully integrated, this allows access to the report data from any workstation in the credit union. This would even include branch offices.

The data can be retrieved for viewing on the screen or for printing. If you view the data, it is also key-word searchable. Maybe you are just looking for an out of balance or for an account number. Either way, you could type in the information and have the system search for it, without you trying to read a report line-by-line on a never ending hunt.
