The Importance of Archiving Regularly
Freedom3 Audio Response is a real-time module interfacing into your CUC Computer System. The member simply dials the telephone number of the Freedom3 Audio Response System and selects the desired option from the menu. The options may include general credit union information, savings rates, loan rates, loan payment calculator, loan applications and specific member account data. Should the member desire to gain access to specific account information, they will be requested to input their account number and personal identification number (PIN).
Freedom3 Audio Response provides the members with the capability to inquire into their accounts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Members may research current balance information, verify payroll and dividend postings, payment history, check clearings, submit loan applications, request checks and transfer funds at anytime around the clock without staff intervention. These features improve the service level for all members.
Freedom3 Audio Response may be integrated into the office telephone system to allow the member to transfer directly to a staff person during regular business hours if desired. Staff may also forward a member to Freedom3 Audio Response to complete account inquiries. The response is real-time and always reflects the current status of all accounts.
