The Resize report will list all files that have been enlarged and it will also display files that must be enlarged by Customer Support. It is very important that this report is reviewed each morning to be sure there are no file size issues.

As times change, so do dividend and interest rates. With this being said, it is important to keep your members up to date on the rates you are offering for both share and loan accounts. Two areas that often get ignored when rates change are the Audio Response system and your websites. These changes are simple to make and can really help market your products.
