Are Fees Printing On Your Member’s Statements?
Way back in January we mentioned in one of the newsletters that the NCUA was requiring all credit unions who offer overdraft services to comply with the new Truth in Savings (TIS) requirements for disclosing fees related to overdrafts on periodic statements.

Updating Contact Information
If your credit union has recently added staff members or had other internal changes, please let us know so we can update our records. It’s very important that we have correct phone numbers and email addresses for credit union staff in the event of an emergency or just to return your calls in a prompt manner.
