New Marketing Program, Laser check Reordering, and a Warning about Copiers

New Marketing Program
On Tuesday, you received an email from Dan here at CUC titled “Member Marketing”. This email is a follow up to the marketing presentation at the Client Appreciation Conference in Savannah and also to the Special Notice you received earlier this month about the video of the presentation on our website. Should you have any questions about the marketing plan, just call Dan or Jack at CUC for more information.

Laser Check Reordering
Is it about time to reorder laser checks? If you’re down to your last box of checks, it could be to your advantage to reorder your checks now in order to have more options for your next set of laser checks. By giving us more advanced notice of when you need your laser checks reordered, we can give you more options on where your checks are ordered from and what those checks can include – such as advanced security features. So instead of waiting until just a couple days before you need a fresh supply of laser checks to call and reorder, call Mike our office manager the next time you crack open that last box to discuss your laser check options. This can give you more bang for your buck!

Do You Use Laser Copiers?
On the more robust models of laser copiers (the ones that scan, copy, and print all on one machine) there are memory features on these machines that archive the images of what is being copied and scanned on them. If private information has been scanned or copied on the machine, the images can stay in the memory and then whoever buys the machine from you could potentially access these images, therefore putting private information at risk. So if you’re selling or disposing of your multi-use laser printers, consult the owner’s manual or the manufacturer on how to purge the memory correctly to make sure private information is safe!
