We’re looking out for you once again! There have been updates to the NCUA’s Part 707 and we’re here to give you a brief overview of these updates. According to the NCUA, beginning January 1st all credit unions who offer overdraft services will need to comply with the new Truth in Savings (TIS) requirements for disclosing fees related to overdrafts on periodic statements.
