Updating Contact Information
In many of our newsletters to you, we have made it a point to tell you how to reach us when ever you need to, whether it’s through the phone system or via email. Well it’s equally important that we be able to reach you as well! If your credit union has recently added staff members or had other internal changes, please let us know so we can update our records. It’s very important that we have correct phone numbers and email addresses for credit union staff in the event of an emergency or just to return your calls in a prompt manner. Also, if you would like others on your staff to start receiving our newsletters or notifications, just let us know.

Offsite Processing
We wanted to remind our clients to take a moment and create a list of all of the websites you use along with login names and passwords to those sites. In the event you have to go elsewhere to do your daily processing, you will need the website information in order to download files or other information.

2009 Tax Information
Our Office Manager, Mike, has sent out the 2009 tax request form to all of you. All credit unions should now have their 2009 Request For Tax Report Service Form. These will need to be completed and returned to CUC as soon as possible. When filling out these forms, you must specifically check the boxes for the exact forms you need us to print and/or e-file for you. Just making a note on the form for us to process all applicable forms will not help us accurately assess your tax needs. We need to know exactly what forms to print and/or e-file for you.
