Remote Diagnostics
Remote VPN is basically a “tunnel” that is created between two networks, such as between CUC and your credit union or even between your credit union and a laptop you want to use outside of your credit union.

Some of you already have this service and for those of you that do not, it’s definitely worth getting. By having Remote VPN, we can access your system to help pinpoint issues you may be having and help you more efficiently in the event of a disaster.

New Equipment
It is important to remember to schedule a time with us to do the installation(s) of your new PCs and/or printers once you actually have them. By setting up a time with our Tech Department for installation, we will be able to prepare for exactly what it is we are setting up (PC, printer, or both) and will be able to set aside time to focus on your specific needs.
