CUC Always Has Our Clients In Mind!
In response to the new Regulation Z Compliance requirements, CUC has once again come through for our clients and developed tools to tackle the demands put forth. The document CUNA Mutual Group released on Monday, July 27th 2009 specifically addressed the actions required by credit unions offering Open-End Loans before the August 20th, 2009 effective date. Our goal was to assist our clients in becoming compliant with the new regulations and we were able to create a procedure that is simple and familiar to our every one. Because CUC worked diligently to put together a new DataBase Release, our credit unions have been able to make a smooth transition.

As always, CUC has our credit union’s best interest in mind and strives to make challenges like these as simple as possible. This has been a demanding and time consuming project and as you know, the deadlines for these changes were short! However, we feel that the DataBase Release and other materials we have created and made available for you are wonderful tools that will assist in becoming compliant.
