New Equiptment

AIRES Files
We just wanted to send this friendly reminder about the importance of keeping a copy of your monthly AIRES files. Whether you decide to keep these files in a folder on your PC, a diskette, or even a USB flash drive, it is important to keep a copy of every month’s SHARE and LOAN files. Not placing a copy of the files to another location will cause them to be overwritten when the next month end process takes place.

DateBase Releases
This is just a friendly reminder about scheduling your DataBase Release. Anita is booking up quickly so call today and schedule your installation. Make sure you check out our website first and watch the DataBase Release videos before starting the process so you will be better informed about the changes and procedures.

Backup Tapes
In our past newsletters we’ve often talked about the importance of safety procedures and having a disaster recovery plan in the event of a natural disaster or hardware failure. A major part of having a thorough plan is keeping enough tapes in your rotation for all your backups. Ideally, you should have at least ten tapes for backups.
It is not recommended that you immediately put your year end back up tape in the tape rotation to use as a regular monthly backup tape. This may seem excessive, but in the event of a disaster, you can never have too much protection!

Are you still typing your share account and loan information forms with an old fashion typewriter? Our form options can provide you with flexibility and convenience by allowing the information from the Freedom3 system to print directly onto the form.
