Client Appreciation Conference
After several months of planning and anticipation, the CUC Client Appreciation Conference was finally held this week! The festivities were held over a two day period and kicked off with a visit to see our beloved Dayton Dragon’s baseball team play the West Michigan Whitecaps. The next day the conference was held at the Dayton Marriott and provided a chance to learn from guest speakers and to hear updates on DataBase Releases. The guest speakers and their topics were of great benefit- the topics of Credit Card Fraud and Electronic Bill Payment services proved to be as interesting as they were useful.

CUC would like to extend our gratitude to our two guest speakers and to the credit union staff members in attendance for the baseball game and the conference!


Helpful Feature in GENL
Being efficient with resources is important to everyone these days. Whether you’re trying to save time and money or just looking for an easier way to do something, CUC wants to help you succeed. With keeping this in mind, we’re offering another helpful tip for you to use in GENL. If you’ve ever opened a report and said to yourself ‘Hey, I know there’s more to this report than that!’ and then print the whole report just because you can’t see the other half of it, then this trick is for you! 

When you have a report open in GENL, using RI or LE and the number of spaces you want to move over in the action feature will allow you to move either right or left to see the other half of reports. This little trick will save you both time and paper!!!
