Data Base Release
CUC is once again working on a new Database Release. There will be more information to follow regarding the availability date of the newest release, what this release will contain, and instructions on how to access the information on the website. 

CUC Phone System
Several months ago CUC installed a new telephone system and along with that system came new extensions to reach each department. In order to serve our clients efficiently, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder about these new extensions and the importance of using them correctly when you call in. By choosing the correct extension, your call will be routed directly to the department that can address your concerns instead of having to be transferred.

Helpful Feature in GENL
In the tradition of trying to help our clients find easier and faster ways of maneuvering around the Freedom3 System, there’s one feature in GENL that many of you might not know about. Using “RE” in the action field (instead of “EN”) will take you back to the top of the list of viewable reports instead of backing you out of the display area completely. Using “RE” will allow you to use less keystrokes to move from one report to another. This is an easy helpful hint and hopefully you’ll find that it saves you some time whenever you are displaying reports in GENL.
