The holidays and end of the year are upon us already. With their passing comes the joy of a new year and all the associated processing challenges.  The problem with all of the processing is that it only happens once a year and that leaves a lot of time to forget the steps. With that thought in mind, we have placed a Year End Processing manual out on our website...

As promised, we told you that as we obtained new information about Regulation Z we would pass this information on to you. Due to the new Regulation Z requirements, the statements printed for your members will be required to have new verbiage on them. The final details have not been defined as to what this verbiage will include, but it is possible that information regarding interest rates and fees may be required to be displayed...

We seem to be getting a lot of the same questions lately about NITE not finishing due to a full print queue, important reports getting deleted by mistake, and what it takes to fix all these issues. So what do you do to prevent it from happening again? Well, the simple solution is to just remember to archive your data and make sure your doing this regularly...

DataBase Releases

After several months of planning and anticipation, the CUC Client Appreciation Conference was finally held. The festivities were held over a two day period and kicked off with a visit to see our beloved Dayton Dragon’s baseball team play the West Michigan Whitecaps.
